WELCOME! Full Moon Sanctuary of Venus Rising is a 501(c)(3) non-profit shamanic psycho Spiritual organization and Interfaith church offering wisdom teachings and tools for personal transformation. We offer Shamanic Psycho Spiritual programs to Awaken the Shaman Within at Isis Cove in the Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina, as well as other locations in the USA and around the world. The Half Moon Temple occupies 500 square feet on the second floor of our home, Full Moon Sanctuary, and boasts a sweeping panoramic view of the Smoky Mountains. The temple serves as a workshop space in addition to services and includes a separate guest room.
No matter what season, Full Moon Sanctuary sits in the Great Smoky Mountains, the oldest mountains on the planet, and is only minutes away from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

 Gary Stamper and Anyaa McAndrew, Founders and Ministers Bishop Anyaa McAndrew, MA, LPC, NCC, is a licensed, transpersonal shamanic psychotherapist, an ordained high priestess and teacher, a certified Shamanic Breathwork™ facilitator, a couples therapist, a Master Shamanic astrologer, and a Bishop in the Madonna Ministry and a Shamanic Global Minister with Venus Rising. She has been facilitating emotional healing work and creating safe, nurturing space for profound, personal transformation for over 34 years. Rev. Gary Stamper has a PhD in Shamanic Psycho Spiritual Studies. He is an ordained Shamanic Minister in the lineage the Venus Rising Institute for Shamanic Healing Arts, west of Asheville, North Carolina, and a Shamanic Priest through the Lineage of Brad Collins and Venus Rising. Gary is a Certified Level II Reiki Practitioner, a Pastoral Counselor and a Certified Shamanic Breathwork™ Facilitator. Gary's passions include creating community and sharing with others how to embody the Integral and Shamanic consciousness of The Sacred Masculine. Gary and Anyaa live in intentional community at the Isis Cove Retreat Center and Community in the Beautiful Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina.
